Do you need assistance now? Need help setting up a printer, configuring your email or having PC problems? For as little as £10 we can provide assistance and resolve your problems. One of our trained and qualified engineers is only a phone call away.
To use this service you need to have pre-paid support credits. Credits are £10 each and sold in batches of 3.

What you can expect to receive for your support credit:
The support credits allow us to make a diagnosis and investigate your problems remotely without the expense of an engineer making a site visit. The session normally takes less than 15 minutes.
In this time we can also fix some problems that include: Email account configuration, driver issues, printing problems, PC settings problems, MS Office and StarOffice issues.
If the issue is more complex and requires an engineer to spend longer than 15 minutes resolving the issue you will be informed about what steps are necessary to solve the issue and a quote to let you know the cost. If a visit is required by an engineer, we will let you know the cost before the visit takes place.
Support Credits Terms & Conditions:
Credits are valid for one year after purchase Credits are not transferable to another entity;
Credits must be pre-purchased and paid for in full BEFORE support is provided;
Support Credit payments can only be made online through our Support Credit Management Solution;
TST will estimate how long a support task may take before commencement and may at their discretion ask for payment for additional credits before starting work.
Support times will be itemized and sent to the client on a monthly basis while they have active credits.
