For as little as £10 you can have your IT problems resolved. Email collection issues, printer install problems, slow PC performance...all solved remotely. Purchase a support ticket (£30 for 3 tickets) and then call our support line to speak to one of our support staff. They will connect to you remotely and diagnose and/or resolve your issue. Some problems are a little more complex and will need a visit by an engineer to fix the problem. If a site visit is needed we will tell you if there are any additional costs and arrange a time that is convenient for you.
