Find Me/Follow Me - redirects incoming calls based on caller ID, time of day and day of week
Simultaneous Ringing - allows an incoming call to ring all communication devices at the same time (mobile, BlackBerry, home office phone and/or office phone)
Sequential Ringing - allows an incoming call to ring communication devices in a user-defined sequence

What does the software allow me to do?

TST provides all users with a Personal Agent log in. This allows you to go online and set up routes for redirecting incoming calls based on attributes such as caller ID or time of day. For example, if you are sitting in a car you can divert all calls to your mobile or if you are in a meeting you can divert all calls to your message service except the one you are expecting that you just can't miss.
